ELECTRONIC TURNING

Automatically turns the linked of any gauge and size. It does not require any skilled operators and the socks are not damaged at all during the turning operation. For changing from one gauge to another it is enough to select the program memorized without any manual adjustment. If necessary the programs can be memorized according to the customer's request. All turning functions are controlled by electronical motors with high efficiency and variable speed, driven by a PLC. The turning device is equipped with pneumatic ejection. Upon request, it can be supplied with the sock selector for non-turned socks or with laying out device model DR90S for sock stacking.

The Ultraturn 6000 can be coupled to all models of new Rosso linking machines or it can be supplied separately to be coupled to all existing Rosso 025 machines. In this case the programmer for memorizing all parameters is fitted on the Ultraturn 6000.
