TURNING DEVICE

The turning device model ROSSO PR250 has been designed to turn mens, ladies and childrens socks before seaming. It can be coupled to every type of linking machines but it can work as a free-standing unit. The operator puts the open toe of the sock on the tube of the turning device until it is read by the photocell starting cycle. The tube goes up entering into the sock; then the tube goes down, a vacuum suction is activated and the sock is turned inside the tube. The operator has just to take out the sock from the tube before the suction stops, and introduce it into the conveyor of the linking machine. The turning device ROSSO PR250 can be supplied in two version:

• PR250 whit blower and motor;
• PR250A to be connected to a central vacuum unit.
