Linear linking machine for the toe closing of childrens, ladies and mens socks of every gauges, giving a high output and an excellent quality seam. New SUPER spring loaded conveyor with a device for the auto alignment of the socks, which compensates for the possible different height in the stretch nylon courses. This patented conveyor confers to sock manufactures the right of licence to knit the socks according to the new ROSSO procedure,which permits to obtain a seam similar to the loop by loop linking. The conveying chains can be swivelled upwards to enable an easier removal of possible threads twisted round the chain pinions. The trasmission and the sewing heads are contained in sealed oil housings, the two chain cutter devices to separate the socks from each other are enclosed in the sewing heads and completely self-lubricated. The sewing heads can be lifted to make easier for the operator to thread the needles.The machine is equipped with microswitches to stop the machine in case of yarn breakage and safety microswitches after the seam. the trimming device, the conveyor blades and the conveyor height can be adjusted by single graduated micrometric knobs (Rosso Patent). The upper part of the machine is fixed on the frame.The machine includes the vacuum fan A 120 with 120 liters container for waste removal.
